Aloo Bhaja


Ingredients:

4 potatoes
1 tsp. ground turmeric
salt to taste
mustard oil
salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin sticks.
2. Coat with turmeric and salt.
3. Heat enough mustard oil to cover potatoes in a deep frying pan, add potatoes and fry until crispy.
4. Remove and serve.
